December 30, 2013

Well i don't even know where to start. :) I hope everyone back home had a amazing Christmas! I love you all so much and want you to know i was thinking of you guys all day... and everyday! We worked all day Christmas. It was the most fun iv had yet. People would ask, shouldnt you be at home opening presents and being with your family?? I was so proud to tell them, our families are in different states. We are here to share a short message with you about Jesus Christ. The look on there faces was so great. We shared many messages that day, as we do everyday. But that day was very special! Im so happy to be here serving with the wonderful people of Santa Barbra!

The message we have been sharing the last few days is about having a firm foundation. A foundation in Christ. In Helaman, 5:12 it reads, and now, my sons, remember. remember that it is upon the rock of our Redeemer, who is Christ, the son of God, that ye must build your foundation; that when the devil shall send forth his mighty winds, yea, his shafts in the whirlwind, yea, when all his hail and his mighty storm shall beat upon you, it shall have no power over you to drag you sown to the gulf of misery and endless wo, because of the rock upon which ye are built, which is a sure foundation, a foundation whereon if men build they cannot fall.

Family and friends. Please remember to build your foundation with Christ. I promise each and everyone of you, that as you start to press forward with a steadfastness in Christ, while having a perfect brightness of hope, and a love of god and of all men. You will see a increase of joy and happiness in your lives.

Im so thankful for the love and kindness you all show to me. I pray for you. Each and every single one of you.

   I love you so much!

     Remember, Doctrine and Covenants 24:8

Be patient in afflictions, for thou shalt have many; but endure them, for, lo, I am with thee, even unto the end of thy days.
